I’m Malachi Schultz. I’ve had a passion for the arts since I was a kid, originally aiming to become a writer. It wasn’t until university, while earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production & Creative Development, that I discovered my role behind the camera. As a director of photography, I take great pleasure helping bring other passionate creatives’ ideas to life in the way they envision them, translating emotion and story into intentional visuals. I aim to bring enthusiasm, organization, and efficiency to every set I’m on, while maintaining a collaborative and focused environment. I have hands-on experience with R3D, Sony, and ARRI camera systems across a range of productions.

My goal is simple: to make every project I’m part of the best work I’m capable of at that moment.
